Additive-free cake recipe or cake mix

Does anyone have a yummy additive-free cake recipe? Or know a good brand of additive-free cake mix?
i.e. no artificial colours, flavours or other additives...

all cakes you bake your self are additive free and if you use all organic you will definatly know what isnt in there but flour milk eggs and sugar real vanilla or cocoa isnt hiding anything
cake mixes well who knows whats in them..

How about natural food colourings for the icing? Say, juice from thawed frozen raspberries to colour a buttercream icing?

Watch with your vanilla - get vanilla extract as opposed to vanilla essence, which is often made from vanillin, a by-product of the -ewwww- paper-making industry.

There's heaps you can do with natural colouring. Experiment - it's loads of fun! Fresh fruit poached in apple juice is a good way to make a nice little syrup.

I looked at vanilla *extract* but it also had 1 additive.... so I was thinking of using an actual vanilla bean?? Have never used these before, but I guess 1 bean would do....
