I'd forgotten how good it feels

to excercise. And I have soooo much more energy than normal

I started personal training sessions about 2 months ago and have been slowly building up strength around my injured joints and core muscles and today my PT had me doing some cardio as well as weights. Well I felt fantastic afterwards, even though a bit sore and all afternoon I have had heaps of energy. I've felt like running and bouncing around the house and poor DH has been exhausted.

I now remember that everytime I get fit I feel like I have heaps more energy. So now that I remember how good it feels to excercise, I'm going to do it more often.

A BIG thanks to Leesa as well for her enthusiasm and encouragement

    I know, right!?

I started walking with my sister last week. First exercise I've really had since my DD was born (almost 3 years ago!!!). It feels FANTASTIC, and I really look forward to it!

Tonight I did half an hour worth of Zumba, and I'm feeling really good about myself

You're doing so well, so commited!! 2 months already!! Well done

    love telly x

You've inspired me!! I'm trying to get the motivation to get excerising but how silly is this? I don't know where to start or what to do. I am so out of shape it isn't funny. Off to start a thread and stop invading yours.

Keep up the great work!!! YAY for the extra energy!!! You'll be a new woman before you know it

    It rocks, doesn't it??

And you don't need as much sleep and you cope better and don't get so hungry (well, I find that anyway!). Kinda makes you wonder why we fight it...

Yay for Leesa but a huge for you Kat - YOU did this!
