Beef, gravy, mixed veg

Ok so i have to use some food out of the freezer before the girls and i go away next weekend.. today i have diced beef out... what can i do with it?
I have gravox gravy and mixed veg, maybe i can cook the beef then stir in some gravy and veg and make a fake casserole???


HELP!

MY slow cooker is broken otherwise i would use that and oven is possibly on the bring so stove top it is!

HOW??? i am so hopeless at the moment, brain is sooo not functioning.

I usually simmer the meat with some onion, salt&pepper for an hour or so then add the vegies and simmer for another hour then thicken it with gravox at the end.

When you simmer it do you use a bit of water or pop it in oil... OMG i really am going crazy... pmsl

Yeah simmer in water, enough to cover it. When you put the vegies in if it looks like it needs a bit more water put a cup or so in.
