Reply With Quotehun, i would def look into it abit more.. no idea who u call over there but also let the childcare centre know your taking it further legallly and i bet the owners will then pull their fingers out..

hi all i took my kids out of childcar on the 2 of sept and they still havent refunded my credit amount, it took a month for them to get back to me and they said they processed it but it never went through, i keep talking to the coordinator but the owners dont actually tell her whats going on, and i have heard from previous employees theyre not very reliable with pays etc so just wondering if theyres an ombudsman or something you would contact in this situation? im in WA

If you google consumer protection wa you'll come across the Department of Commerce. They act on behalf of consumers with traders disputes. Good luck!
