DAY SIX - RECOVERY
DAY SEVEN 100 sit-ups
The challenge goes for two weeks, you can start at any time.... And post when you complete them.

Ok back.... I got to 40 without needing to rest! Done and dusted for another day.... thank goodness![]()
I did 30 then a little rest till the burning stopped lol
Then ds jumped on my tummy for ten minutes
Then I did the other 45 with no break !!!! So sore But will be worth it![]()
