    Helle's Weight Loss Journal

I hope I can do this here, otherwise mods, you know what to do!

No More Fat Mumma! I wanna wear a bikini to the beach, shorty shorts when I go shopping and frollick in the sun with DS and not have to worry about covering up all my jiggly fat rolls!

Holidays are over and I'm kicking this attitude i have in the butt, otherwise once DS weans and BF isn't keeping the extra kg's at bay I don't know what, but it won't be pretty.

No more gorging, no more eating DS left overs, no more boredom eating & lots more water drinking.

I don't have scales, and a measuring tape is cheaper... so here we go XD.

    Thigh: 61cm
    Hips: 107cm
    Waist: 87cm
    Bust:95cm
    Upper arm: 38.5

Hoping to leach inspiration and encouragement from you ladies and gents, wish me luck!

    xx

Good for you! I'm joining you too. It's been a week for me, and I've lost 2kg and feel awesome already! We have very similar measurements btw, except the only difference I can see is that my boobs are 115cm

Hey girls, feel free to join the summer health challenge thread, i think there was a thing about not opening personal journeys so i opened that one a while ago...

Helle hun you will do an amazing job, here for support whenever you need it.
For me (well before x-mas) i lost 11kg by walking 3 days a week with the girls, eating better (actually eating more) and drinking lots of water YOU CAN DO IT

Thanks ZF, forgot about the FB page too!

Well while I'm still here, yesterday went ok. I ate well and drank 1.5L of water. I did have a few moments tho where I really just wanted to wolf down a slice of bread but with a little self control and assessing whether I actually was hungry or not I passed, but I'll admit it was hard
Ive got DH to pull the cross trainer from out of the shed and I'm gonna get on that when DS naps. Starting with twenty minutes I think, and work my way up. Got work today tho so it'll have to wait unfortunately but TBH I think this week I am going to really concentrate on my food issues before I start worrying about exercise. One thing at a time at a nice steady pace
