    What to do with lychees???

    I have a tin of lychees in the cupboard, what can i do with them?

    Well i saw a recipie this week for a drink with lychees and champagne, but that's not much help to you at the moment, so no idea.

    icecream would be good, or make a cake with them, drain them and add to a basic cake mix, leave a bit of juice, and take a bit of milk out of the mixture.
