Bread - what do you put in yours?

I love my breadmaker it makes it so much easier than driving 20 mins just for a loaf of bread and one of my big food weaknesses is bread.
Do you make your own? What kinds of things do you put in yours? I have an experimental urge!

I have a great bread maker recipe book, about 300 recipes in it. There is a great java walnut loaf in it. I would type out the recipe but the book is packed away! You could try making a sweet loaf (like raisin bread) swapping the liquid for cooled brewed coffee, and add some spices like allspice, cinnamon and nutmeg (not too much cinnamon as it impairs the action of yeast). And adding walnuts and raisins at the add in beeps.

Sometimes I make a fruit loaf. Add mixed dried fruit and some cinnamon in. Other times it's just plain wholemeal. I'm a bit boring.

I might try that later. Sounds yummy.
