Oh well done on your VBAC too!! Go us Was so awesome to be up and walking around right away.
How is your DD adjusting to the new addition? Mine is pretty good most of the time but every now and then she'll come over and hit him when I'm feeding him Hope it doesn't last too long.

Hi, I have just had the time to sit down and find this group. I had my third son on the 21st, Ryder Michael. My second son is the same age as your daughters, he is two on the 16th of March. He seems to be coping well, my 3.5year old is taking a while to adjust. Just trying to give them as many cuddles as I can. I have found that getting them to help is heaps of fun for them. Mine love to be helpful and get mummy the wipes or a nappy. Congratulations on both of your VBACs too.

Hi ladies and congratulations to you all
my DD2 was born on the 18th. I also have a 2yr old daughter. She is coping well but we really missed eachother as i was in hospital for a week so she has become a daddy's girl.
I gave birth to a newborn 3mth old lol. little Hazel weighed 10lb7oz at birth and is already 5kgs!
I'm still recovering but finding things much more relaxed this time round might be different next week when dh goes back to work but am loving having a newborn again. I had a PPH with DD1 so felt terrible for weeks. This time i feel human!
How are all your bubs feeding? 1 plus of a big baby is a bigger tummy so i have been getting a reasonable amount of sleep at night but up until lunch time we have an unsettled period.
Look forward to getting to know you all a bit better.

Hi CW, congratualtions on the arrival of Hazel. Glad to hear your recovering well, it is so hard to be away from our children. Sounds like we have similar babies. Ryder was born nine pound one and has put on a huge amount of weight in two weeks. I have been finding that around 5am when he feeds, he is unsettled for a few hours, I am putting it down to having most of my milk come in during the night and his little tummy has to cope with a huge amount of milk.
I dont know about you, but all the sudden my 3.5 year old and 2 year old, look so big and grown up. And changing my two year old bottom OMG, his bum looks huge.

mumof3 - just realised that u and u'r DH are the same age as me and my DH as well. DD1 is definately having a growth spurt and seems so much bigger. She has been TT since about 23mths though thank goodness. She has virtually cut out her nap time though which is hard cause she still really needs it.

we had a rough night last night. Hazel had so much wind.I'm thinking i must've eaten something that didn't agree with her. hope tonight is better.

    Hi ladies
Just wanted to check in and see how you're all going?
My baby boy smiled this morning!! It was so beautiful
Luckily my dd's little hitting phase only lasted a couple of days and she's had nothing but kisses and cuddles for ds ever since. Thank goodness for that!
Hope you are all going well

hi all well i am in this group too! jakob was born the 21st feb, weighing 6lb 15oz, 46cm long. beautiful head of hair and such gorgeous eyes!
the last month has been wonderful, he grew 3cm in less than 2 weeks, he's gaining weight like a pro and finally filling out 0000's (they are not swimming on him no more!)
i am slowly weaning him of breast as i seem to not be making enough (and also i am certain he has silent reflux) he is fussing over boob alot and not settling well, but give him a bottle (i have started him on 2 bottles a night) and he even will sleep for hours (5 hours last night!)
also i feed him alot during the day and when it comes to feeding him again in the morning my boobs are not full, i did try putting him on extra but has not made a difference.
not looking forward to his and mine ob appt in a couple of weeks, jakob was born with hypospadia ( his wee hold not where its supposed to be) and also i am certain he has chordee (which hypospadia and chordee do happen together) which has not been confirmed yet but his doodie end is not 100% normal. so he needs surgery, and i am hoping only once (they can need more then one surgery). i hate hearing about what he needs to go through its terrifying, at least it should be until he's at least 6 months of age.
anyway sorry to go on, thought i would share a little about jakob (i wont tell my birth story it was a planned c section but left very not impressed lol) cant wait to get to know you all and your little ones xxx

Hi all! Well arent we a lively bunch
Hope everyone is going well, i cant believe how time is flying this time around!! I swear DS will be 1 before i know it!
Ashie, how did you go with Jakobs appointments? It's horrible to think of them going through surgery at such a young age

he's doing well at 9 weeks he's 52.5cm (still newborn legnth!), 5.080g, and head is 39cm! no wonder in weight he fits into 000 but length they still swim on him but his gorgeous!
i have an appt with the surgeon on tuesday, to see what exactly is going on hopefully and to know what will happen from there.
his reflux still giving him trouble been sicking a tad more so losec is our next step which should help if their is pain with it.
he such a happy bub coo'ing, even trying to giggle alot and trying to roll (his tubby belly stops him) he just going so well, but sleeping he starting to do better the last week 7-8 hours in one block then a bottle and back to bed for another 2-3 so not too bad.
hope all is well you everyones bundles of joy, they grow up so quickly!

    Hi all,
we are going well here. Hazel is getting better with the breastfeeding although my nipples are still damaged i think it's now more a case of her having to get bigger to accommodate my large nipples. I have still been able to bf exclusively though which is great. DD is certainly getting plenty and weighs nearly 7kgs but is so gorgeous! She is also sleeping a good 7-9 hr stretch at night which i'm loving as DD1 has also recently started sleeping through, finally.
ashie - your right, they grow so fast. Good luck with the surgeon.

CW: Wow nearly 7kg's, thats awesome!! My little man has been putting in weight wonderfully and he's 5.5kg, but he was only 2.9kg at birth. So cute watchin him get all chubby
Ashie: Good luck with the appointment on Tuesday.
I'm jealous of you both with your 8-9 hour sleepers! Haha, we've had an 8 hour stretch over night....once! Oh well, we'll get there. Can't really complain, have had no other problems like reflux etc so getting up a couple of times a night is nothing
DD is the one giving me trouble at the moment, she has gone backwards with her toilet training

Hello all! Almost forgot about this thread! Not much chatter going on!
    Hope everyone is doing well!

DD2 was 6kg at 2 months, so not sure what she is now at 11 weeks but she is sooo chubby. Her legs are huge and have heaps of rolls, lol. It is the cutest. But we use MCN's so not much good for that, need to get some side-snapping nappies.

She is a little chatterbox always testing out her voice and 'talking' to me. Loving all the smiles, no laughs yet but it will be soon I think!

Sleep not great but doesn't bother me too much because I'm used to it after DD1.

Hey girls How is everyone going?
I can't believe ds is almost 5 months! This year is flying by. I'm pretty happy at the moment as I stopped breastfeeding DD at 5 months after about 4 difficult weeks, but this time we're still going strong, woo hoo
Loving ds little giggles, he is super ticklish just like me.
Heaven, we have chubby rolls of legs goin on here too, haven't had any problems with nappies though. We use bbh's and itti bittis, what do you use?

Well hope you're all going well.
