    Vomiting

Moo threw up 4 times in about an hour this morning, is currently having a nap. This is the first time he has done this so I'm a little unsure as to how to handle it! Should I still offer him some bland food or just liquids? No poos so far just the vomit.

I'm a nurse - I should know this seems it's different when it's your own!

Oh, the poor thing . Alana had gastro last week. I kept up her fluids and let her have bland food (no dairy). I gave her Hydralyte which she quite liked.

I hope he feels better soon

Not too sure hun, haven't had this happen to my DS, but I'd just offer him balnd foods and lots of water to aid hydration. If he seems OK, no temp, just leave him and see how he is later today. If he's behaving weird, higher temp, maybe completely off his food, runny bum, take him to docs hun

Hope little Moo is feeling better soon. I wouldn't worry too much about food either, as long as he's still having liquids.

Thanks girls, he's still asleep, hopefully he wakes up better. He threw up after he had some water earlier but I do have some of those icy poles I could try later.

when mine have been vomiting they always drink heaps of water and end up throwing up again so I just give them measured amounts like 10-15mls every 10-15minutes It was something a gp told me ages ago didnt seem like much but was enough to keep them hydrated
