    honey porridge
    mini wheats or corn flakes

    snack
    yoghurt
    carrot sticks
    fruit

    lunch
ham sandwich with cheese and tom sauce
(DD has started having baked beans Lol)

    afternoon snack
    le snak
    fruit ropes

    and then dinner....

any other ideas? i know the le snaks and fruit ropes, etc are bad, but i just can't think of anything else....so what do your kids eat? thanks!!

My girls are a bit younger but here goes:

    Breakfast:
Toast, weetbix, oats or rice bubbles (which i've only just introduced)
    Fruit or yoghurt

    Morning Snack:
    Yoghurt, Fruit, Rice Cakes

    Lunch
Sandwhich, Noodles, Spag on toast, leftovers, fruit platter

    Afternoon Snack:
Biscuit/s, muffin, potato stick snacks (health food isle)

DD2 has dairy allergies so we make our own muffins and biscuits, otherwise we buy the orgran biscuits from the health food section, DD1 has tiny teddies etc

Our girls eat LOTS of fruit, we have an apple tree and they pick them and eat them straight away or plenty of grapes, watermelon.. they often have fruit with crackers, cheese for DD1, carrot sticks.
You could make pikelets as a morning snack, jelly etc

ours is very similar to urs. ATM they love grapes. another fun thing we do maybe once a week is cut up apples with a bit of chocoloate topping as dipping sauce. so yummo!! just make sure ur apples are granny smiths or pink ladies, or something sourish ITMS.
unsalted popcorn, low fat muffins that the kids help make, sometimes sweet ones, sometimes sour ones.
Mini pizza's made out of english muffins with pasta sauce and cheese for lunch is alway a hit.
    Will come back with more

My DS is big on eggs at the moment so I boil a couple up and have them in the fridge. Corn on the cob is another one he likes to munch on.
    Chippie sandwiches are a hit,
    fruit kebabs,
    frozen yoghurt,
cut up fruit dipped in peanut butter (no allergies obviously) or cottage cheese.
    rice crackers and cheese
    arrowroot biscuits with butter
    popcorn
mini quiches - I freeze some, so I can just pull a couple out for lunch or a snack
Pikelets - another one I freeze in twos so I can pull them out in a hurry

He is pretty fussy but through trial and error I have found some hits. Chances are these change on a weekly basis so I try to just go with the flow

oooh great idea!! i might try that, especially the corn cobs....what do you do, buy fresh ones, cook them and leave them in the fridge? how long will they last for in the fridge?

thanks for the ideas, ladies. just pulled some crackers, carrots and dip out for afternoon snacks and DS asked for some celery as well....? might get some of that for him too!!

Yip fresh corn and I find it usually keeps -covered well for two days.
Or I just wait till he asks as it only takes ten minutes to boil a cob and I dunk it in ice water once its cooked so he doesnt have to wait too long.
