    aching... all over...

    Monday - Pump
Tuesday - day off (baby sick). Can barely walk a straight line as legs recover from first hard work in about 3 years.
Wednesday - Attack & weight watchers weigh in (first in almost 2 months - 83.1kg, not too ugly, considering the holiday). Still walking strangly.
Thursday - Combat & Balance. Also getting sick.
Friday - Sick, so missing pump. But shoulders/neck/back still killing from combat. Legs only just recovered from first pump class!

Same again next week? You betcha.

Oh no you poor thing! I always find a good walk is the best way to work off the pre-exercise sores. I pull up much better then the days that I don't, even if I stretch or do yoga. Hope it doesn't last long for you.

But thanks. I'm just sooking 'cause I can. Although it's sore, I actually feel really good for doing it. I have no more excuses, and it's liberating.

    hah you go Jenn!!

I went back to the gym about a month ago for the first time in a few years as well. After the first couple of classes I couldn't brush my hair properly for days and going to the loo was a major ask - I forgot how much I loved it!
