    Favourite Workout DVD's?

    Hi girls!

So I have trouble keeping the motivation to excercise and it seems that DVD's keep me going for the longest...

I was wondering what your favourite workout DVD's are? Any other recommendations to get me exercising!?

    xx

My favourite atm is Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. There are three levels with a 20min workout for each. When I have the time, I'll knock out level one and two in the same session.

I like the Crunch pilates one. It has a cardio low impact section and a floor section and really helps with core strength.

Actually yeah when I saw this thread I was gonna see if anyone had done Zumba. Good to know it's good. I saw Target have it for $100 and have asked DH to get it for me for mother's day. Yay!

Another JM 30 day shred fan here, it is HARD and although it's only 20 mins, you work hard the entire time. I felt my body changing and was only doing it once a week along with yoga and running. Once my back is better I will be doing it again plus the c25k running program (not a dvd!)
