Oh that's so tragicI hope he pulls through.
I wasnt sure where to put this!!
So a friend whom i have known since kindergarten has been through so much it pains me she lost her 2nd born son at 4 weeks old due to prematurity he just couldnt make it, she lost it a bit after that, she fell pregnant again and when her youngest was 6 months old DHS took her children away for reasons i cannot be 100% positive on so i choose not to speculate nor judge this!
She has been fighting for them back ever since!
She has another child about 2 months ago which was taken from her imediatly at birth!
Her 3rd child (he is 3 this year) is now in the RCH in an induced coma his liver is failing and she has been told if he doesnt recieve another liver within 4 weeks he will be joining his big brother in heaven, she is so heartbroken, I dont know what to say or do!
Why does this happen, shes always been a good person!

Oh that's so tragicI hope he pulls through.
I wish i knew what to say to her!
Just being there for her will be enough. Will say a little prayer for her son.
Regards,
Dianne
Thank you dianne, shes a big believer in god its all that seems to get her through!
No she doesn't. How horrendous for any mama.
transplants and donors can be quite mysterious creatures. Hoping upon hope he gets one.
Awwww thats so sad I hope that her little boy pulls through, xoxoxo
I find that 10 kinds of crap seem to fall onto the one person. It's so unfair.
That really sucks for your friend. I am so sorry. I agree that you should just be there for her, in whatever way seems appropriate each day, or each moment.
I too will be saying a prayer for her little boy.![]()
Thanks guys, im not a beliver in "god" but she is and she really appreciates every single prayer.
Thank you all
xx
Awww that is heartbreaking...
I hope her little man gets what he needs and can recover to be with his mum for a very long time..
And as for child services I'm not a fan of theirs so I won't go into that
but I wish her all the best if there is anything we can do just let us know Hun
And huge hugs for you, your an awesome friend.. Xox

its so bittersweet you know a life needs to be lost for D to live his, I almost feel guilty for wishing he gets one asap
Your friend is very lucky to have you. It is horrible that everything seems to happen to good people. Hopefully karma will turn around and little D will be okay and his mummy can see him again. DCF need to concentrate on cases that actually need their help.
D is now status 1 and his liver is in complete failure, its just a matter of time now![]()
I couldn't read this and not comment, knowing many people in the 'industry' and dealing with them myself through families at work, etc, they do not take children, especially at birth for anything less than a very serious reason. No one here knows the family history so this kind of comment is not at all helpful.
No doubt I will seem like a heartless b saying that, but that's how it is in my experience.
I do feel extremely sorry for your friend and her situation though and pray that a miracle happens with the little boy.
Oh Hun that's terrible..
Sending heaps of love to your friend and hope her little man isn't in too much painso sad..
Huge hug to u too
