    Why can't I eat noodles!!

I mean like Maggie noodles, trident noodles etc..
Every time I eat them no more than 2 min later it's in my toilet bowl.
I used to be addicted to them but now my body won't have a bar of them!
    What could this be from??
Probably in the wrong section please move if it is.. I just thought maybe an allergy or something??

    Bad experience??

Could be an additive in them that sets you off - I know friends of mine can't eat Maggi ones because of something in them, but can eat other brands??

Have you tried different kinds of noodles? Most 2 minute type noodles are pre-fried then dried ready to be rehydrated when you add hot water - it's possible that there's something in this process that you're sensitive to. So maybe try some rice noodles or udon or something - good luck

How are you with MSG? Most instant noodles with flavor sachets have msg and lots of people are sensitive to it

That's what I was going to suggest.

Instead of using the flavoring sachets they come with my mum used to use continental powdered chicken stock instead, so us kids wouldnt get an MSG overload. Maybe give that a shot. MSG is pretty nasty stuff and does some nasty things if your body doesn't like it!

You poo thing I've got a friend who is the same as you, soon after she eats them they come out the other end

I throw away the sachets too and add my own flavouring, I use this thing called vegeta, you can get it from Coles and Safeway too. Yummy stuff.

I think Vegeta has Flavour Enhancer 621 also? I have a bad reaction to it, as well as any other flavour enhancers, like 627 and 635. Theyre all chemical cousins, and all terrible for you.

I would struggle if I couldn't eat noodles! I went mad for instant noodles when I was pregnant.
