My 6 year old has gone back into nappies. She wets the bed every night & the next morning its such a fight to get her moving & get the nappy off.

She's just come to me saying she had sores all over her bits. I couldn't believe it. It was pretty full on!
I only got a quick look, but thought OMG nappy rash in a 6 year old or severe thrush! Oh how awesome!

Then I asked to see the back & it was up there as well

Anyway, my first reaction was to get some antiseptic on it to make sure she didn't get any infections & it was only after that I clicked that it was eczema! Its been a long time since it flared up (since she was in nappies the first time!)

So tell me, have I possibly made it worse with the antiseptic? I'll put the cortisone cream on soon... actually, i have a hydrocortisone for DD3... maybe I could use that instead...?

Think we best try cloth & see if it improves.
