I grabbed the book the other day and it looks great so I'm wondering if anyone else out there is actually doing the program, if you've seen results, have any other feedback.
I like her attitude and the recipes look delicious too.
Belfie I know what you mean but I need all the motivation I can get at the moment without spending lots of $ on a gym and I like her no nonsense attitude. Might have to write a few phrases on post its to put on the pantry There is a lot of exercise involved which is what I need and I guess that, along with 'good' eating, will get you down 5kg in 30 days. Have to set my mind to it and be strict with myself.
Oh Tinsel that sounds awesome! You see, I might be back in a month saying geesh I shoulda bought that lol! I did think that it looked really good - I particularly liked the bit where she talked about the fact you don't need "fickle" motivation, but rather routine & discipline. I think I have about 4 kg to go, so I'm right there heheh. You should come keep us company in the weight loss thread
