Chryovaced meat. How long does it last?
I bought a roast lamb from my local butcher last Sunday which was Chryovaced. I've kept it in the fridge, would it be ok to cook tonight?

If it had air pockets would it be ok? I think it mgiht have had an air pocket, there was a part where the marinade pooled. It smelt ok to me
It was at the bottom of the fridge, it's an upside down fridge and it was on top of the vegie crisper.
Where I used to work we had chryovaced meat but we always used it within a week.
