post transfer in 2ww any advice

hey so we had egg collection on mon and we got 19 eggs tues we had 12 fert then thur we still had 12 so sat we had transfer soo now we hve well 1 week and four day wait .... we hve blood test on the 20th july .. soo any tips or advice on how 2 not go crazy waiting or anythgn u thnk wrked to help make it sticky thnks xo

No tips really, try not to overthink cause you'll go nutters. No Dr Google. Just pamper yourself and take it easy

I swear it feels like the longest two weeks of your life

Try to keep your mind and body busy - got anything you've been meaning to do for a while (eg clean out cupboards, attack the garden, have a cooking day etc), perfect time to do them

And yes, as above - no Dr Google!!

Be kind to yourself, let others spoil you. Do something fun & laugh.
I hated the dreaded TWW with a passion, I felt I let myself get caught up in all the craziness & was exhausted emotionally by the end. So don't be a marter & try to relax lol that horrid word.... Relax!!
Also cry if you need too & join the TWW thread I had fantastic help there they kept me sane.

Do lovely things with your DP/DH, like take a picnic to your favourite place, have a movie night together, give yourself a pedicure, read a good book.

The best thing I did during my tww was limit my baby research/thinking/reading to bellybelly. No IVF books etc. just try to destress a little.

thank u all for your replys ... yes i loved the tips about o dr google lol iam guilty of that but i will stay away for my sanity and good idea on cleaning etc i hve sme jobs i need to do that will def keep me busy thnk u all soooo much this site is such a relief as its full of knwlege and wisdom frm all u lovely ladys who are going thrgh the same thng etc thnks ladys xooxox
