ive got 6 weeks to go and the last few days ive been getting shocking shooting pains ( where you wouldnt really want them) and today ive notice a change in the discharge ( which ive had since the start) plus bubs movements have slowed a little im not getting as many! i was wondering what this could be and if should be concerned as ive got an appointment with my midwife on tuesday and dont really want to have to travel to the city until then as everytime i ring they ask for me to come in as when preg with my 1st i went into labour but they manage to stop it and this is at 32 weeks so any help would be great
Sometimes as bubs drops a bit lower into your pelvis they can start headbutting things, like your cervix - ouch! Might be that? Where is the pain, right in your groin/pelvis or in the belly?
As for movements, as bubs gets bigger it gets a bit restricted in room in there so it might just be that!
defantly groin and pelvis, ive already been in the hospital with this one with contractions and my O/H isnt due home for another 2 weeks, and ive also noticed she has dropped alot soo ive cut back on doing a few things but its hard when you have a toddler to chase after
Hi hun, iv'e had the same thing! I started to go into labour at 27 weeks but luckily the hossy staff were able to stop it. Im now 37 and iv'e been having sharp shooting pain in my vagina and pelvic cage for a few weeks, as well as increased CM. I'm still pg so i'm just putting it down to prelabour and pg discomfort.
GL! xx
