Breastfeeding and Braxton Hicks

I'm not really sure whether to post this here, or in breastfeeding as it crosses both domains, so forgive me if it's in the wrong spot...

I'm currently 32w+5d and have noticed the last few days that the braxton hicks ramp up whilst DS is feeding. The other day they were every 3minutes, 30seconds long, and lasted for about 30minutes with each feed. DS is 15.5months and still breastfeeding roughly 3 times a day (give or take depending on what mood he is in )

Is there any issue with continuing to feed him until the end of the pregnancy? I'm hoping to tandem feed and I don't see him giving up the boob anytime soon (much to the disappointment of the IL's ), but I don't want to continue feeding if it is going to be a problem for bub. I have an appointment with my OB next week, so will ask her as well, but thought I would ask the wise women of BB

Wow that is really interesting! This is what I know:
Overdue woman are sometimes suggested to try nipple stimulation to ramp up labor
Nipple stimulation through BFing helps the uterus contract back into shape post birth

So there is definitely a connection between nipples and uterus contracting. I wouldn't think this would be dangerous though if they are just Braxton Hicks and go away again?
