    Question Need opinions please!

Going to tree town tomorrow to sort some lease stuff, and also to have a meeting with my new boss about what roles I will have in my new job, plus hours, wages, etc etc.

My new job is at a four star accommodation/function venue/resort. I have already had my interview, dressed in my 'black and white corporate best'. I just wonder though, how should I dress tomorrow? It's a long drive, and not an interview, and I have no idea! Do I dress in my best again, as if I were going to work (which in a way I am), or in a nice skirt/pants and shirt/top in colours? (I'm not talking denim though).

    Help gladly appreciated!

I would be inclined to dress how you would for a normal work day. Good way of checking/testing if what you will be wearing is actually what they want you to wear.

I would also go dressed like you are going to work as well. It would give a good impression and you could also ask at the same time if what you are wearing is appropriate for a normal work day.

Maybe wear practical shoes? Stylish, but practical. I find that heels sometimes make people look way overdone.

    Cool thanks everyone.

Tasha, I own one pair of black heels, but I never wear them (well, not if I can help it!), I can't make them stay on! So, I usually wear shoes with only a small heel, that look *reasonably* practical. Hmm. I think I will have to buy more shoes! , don't telll the Man I need to shop!

I have not yet told DH how much I have had to spend on clothes since starting work, I really had nothing though. So if you need to buy new shoes and some extra clothes, then so be it. Won't tell yours if you don't tell mine

I won't tell yours! I'm not sure the Man will mind quite so much, as I get all my stuff from the op shops....
