Question Mystery illness or more signs of stress

For the past maybe month i just haven't really been feeling myself. I am really tired, nauseas, headachey, had one migraine, my hair seems to be falling out in clumps feels more greasey and looks ratty. I just constantly feel unwell, either it be nauseas or having a really bad headache. My back and legs always hurt but i put that to doing longer hours at work. Ishould add my memory is absolutely shocking, its getting to the scary point now.

Does it sound like anything? I'm off to the doctors tomorrow anyways

Could you be pregnant? It sounds awful.

I had suspected pregnancy as we are TTC but have tested and its a BFN. So i'm out of ideas. AF hasn't shown up either but that is really common to be irregular.

What is your diet like, could you be missing something nutritionally? Myabe a vitamin B deficency or thyroid problem. Id see your gp and get it checked out, I had some of the symptoms you have and had a vitamin deficency

    Hope you feel better soon

About a year ago i found out i have a vitamin b12 deficency and was told to take a B complex supplement which i have been. I don't eat alot of red meat or other foods that you would find it to be in so it was no real big surprise. the doctor had mentioned a shot i can have if the supplements weren't working. I've also had my thyroid checked in the past and has been normal but thats going back a year ago so i think i might get that checked too. Thanks

B12 is also in dairy, eggs and some vegies - do you eat those? You don't need much. Having said that people can have an uptake problem. A friend of mine has injections as her body doesn't seem to uptake it well. Stress can cause pretty much all of those symptoms as well. Hope you can get an answer.

I had similar symptoms when I found out I had Vitamin D deficiency and have to now take Vitamin D every day, canyou go to docs and have a blood test? its quite common to be vitamin D deficient.

straight away i thought mineral or vitamin deficiency as well
zinc is linked to hair falling out and could also explain the leg pains
a blood test sounds like the best place to start
if you can, get a copy of the blood report and take it to a natropath and they might be able to make a pick me up tonic to get you back on track!!!

The doctor suspects pregnancy so got a blood test to see but he also is checking my insulin levels and my thyroid so we'll see. He just wants to rule out pregnancy and then go from there. I will have the results on tuesday (they said in 2 days but im busy). I don't think im pregnant as i dont really have that feeling like i did the last 2 times.
