Book recommendations about Saint Nicholas, for young children?

Does anyone have any age appropriate (2.5 yr old) book suggestions, that I can read to Isaac about the real story of Saint Nicholas? I've never been keep on the idea of "Santa" and thought maybe this would be a good compromise.

his is the problem I have found with St nick, its all about a saint, and while I have no issues with this- I was under the impression that he started out a toy maker or carpenter- I am wanting a story about a regular guy who did some good stuff

Lol, I don't think you'll find that then because that is the real story, he was a Saint

I don't know if you'll be able to find anything, but you could try looking for an online shop or something for Father Christmas/Time .... I believe this was the pagan figure for the Winter Solstice The story of St Nick is a lovely one but he was a devoted Christian so you won't be able to escape that side of things.

If you do happen to find something PLEASE let me know
