well i have onlu holidayed around there (a lot). nowra is pretty substantial so has a lot more shops etc - as you would know. exciting!
a lot of my school friends came from close to there - they had to board in canberra. so if you wanted more schooling choice (private for example) i think you would have to look into canberra or sydney. but i dont know what the local schools are like - Cally may know more (not right in her area but close enough that she or her DH would know more).
hopefully someone who lives close can help you. x

Sorry Ginger, I did a post last night and my laptop froze when I hit post and I guess did not post it.

DH friend has a family holiday house across from the beach, you can't see the beach though because of the trees.
There are a few nice private schools around. It just depends on how far you want your boys to travel. I know in Mossvale there is a great private school. Will have to look up the name. I don't think you will be disapointed with a move to the area at all. Small towns like Callala are lovely,

i am doing lots of research before we make the big move!!!

eta- just checked how far moss vale is and thats too far thanks anyway.
would be willing to take them into nowra though, but thats about it.

Thought it might have been. I just remember one of the ladies that was talking about her kids going there. Her daughter has a friend that lives in Nowra and she travels there everyday. It is alot of travelling.

I know you said Mossvale was to far but it was bugging me that I could not remember the name, you know how it gets when you try and remember something and it is right there but you just can't get it, anyhoo. It is Chevalier College (co-ed). Ahh, I feel better now that I have given you info that you don't really need
