    Yoga/BodyBalance - does it count?

The boys are back at school tomorrow so I'm back into my normal gym routine. This year I'm in training for Tough Mudder is September so I really need to beef up my training.
I usually have one day off a week to recover. Since I'm going to be working harder this year I was wondering if I can move my bodybalance class to my day off. Is it low impact enough to count as a day off? If it is it would free up an extra hour for training on another day which would be awesome.

Yep, I would consider it low impact enough to count as a day off. The stretching will actually help your muscles recover

Yep, treat it as a rest day, preparing emotionally for tough mudder

Wow onyx I am so impressed that your training so hard! It's something on my 'to do' list to be that fit - I love the idea of competing in things like that.
