    Loosing hope for my rolls!

My dough is resting... Its not rising
I'm sure its been sitting for almost 2 hours... Nothing.

I made the same ones 2 weeks ago with no problems! From scratch. My yeast/warm milk/caster sugar mix didn't froth like last time either, so I guess thats the problem.

Can I fix it? Why didn't it work this time, but they were so damn perfect last time??? All I can think of is that my milk wasn't as warm as last time?

    help?

Turn your oven onto the lowest temp. Then once it reaches that temp turn it off and open the door. Pop the rolls in and leave the door slightly ajar. Give them 5 mins if you don't notice a change then the yeast is not activated or dead.

If they start to rise leave them in there until you have the desired effect.

I'd take the tea towel off.

i've always kept it in the freezer, but haven't had any for months. Since you buy it on the shelf, I just completely forgot.

No saving it. Its flat. Kids might still eat it.
