people in dreams

What do you think it means (or know it means) when living people enter your dreams on a nightly basis?

Im going to call them nightmares, but my mother has been in them every night this week. I wake and am upset by them. I eventually go back to sleep and the dreams/nightmares continue.
Its really starting to affect me, I want her out of my life, have removed all communcation with her, and now shes there when I sleep. Im starting to feel like I cannot escape her, and I just want to sleep...

Any thoughts?

I remember reading that other people in you dream actually represent an aspect of you. like a personality trait or thought about yourself you then personify into someone familar..
Dont know how this helps or even if its true.. Strangers might be different to people you know... But something to think about.

You've made for some interesting thoughts that for sure.

The dreams are continuing and now the girls are finding the few things (toys, books, etc) that she bought them or me. And by finding them, we havent seen these things since we moved! And all of a sudden they are playing with them.

The dreams/nightmares are still happening every night. Theres got to be something behind it. And the worse thing is is that the longer this goes on for the more angry I get with it all.

what makes me think like that also is whenever I dream about my mother I am always furious and frustrated at all because she ignores me the whole time in my dream, but IRL she is the complete opposite, I am really close to her and the last thing she would do in the world is ignore me and it would kill her to know that thats how she is in my dreams. which makes me think maybe its a part of me that i'm using her to represent for me.

Mine are so realistic, in every way possible. My mother is causing the issues and I am making them better, protecting her from her mistakes.

maybe try some clear quarts or smokey quearts under your pillow and if you wake up angry and can remember the 'dream' write it down scrawl it if need be. then in the moirning (if you get a chance) burn it. feel the smoke lift away that dream the feelings with it. let it it leave you and your living space (house ect) and let it be clensed in the new days sunlight. if you have three dreams do it for all three then burn all three together...or invest in a dream catcher? hope they stop soon for you.
