    Question Constant runny nose and cold symptoms - Olive leaf extract?

    DD has a constant runny nose - it drives me crazy. I have tried...........well everything pretty much. I haven't tried Olive Leaf Extract - what are your thoughts? She is 22 months old.

    Does she drink milk?

    About 6 months ago my DD1 was the same. She just ALWAYS had a stuffy nose and her voice sounded all nasal, even though she wasn't sick. For some reason I decided to stop giving her milk to drink. She had only started having cows milk as a drink a few months before. She still has plenty of dairy and milk on her porridge even, but almost straight away it cleared up. Her voice is now normal. I wondered if it was a coincidence but I've tried giving her a cup and she gets all stuffy and snores again!

    Anyway, just a thought!

    Worth getting her looked at for enlarged adenoids too!

    She drinks HEAPS of milk but I've been giving her EBM instead and it's still the same. Hmmmmm
