How well do you cope with change?

I LOVE change, I cope well with most changes....
But right now there is so much happening all at once that I feel so unstable. At work, at home....
It's a bit scary but i'm holding on for the ride. It'll all work out ok I know.

How do you cope with changes? What do you do?

I don't cope well at all! When I moved out of home at 26, I had a meltdown of sorts and then when I started a new job after doing the old one for 10 years, I really struggled for several months! Even minor changes can have an emotional effect on me at times, like coming home from hoidays as an example.

Love change. Thrive on it. I must agree though that so much change can defiantly leave you feeling unsettled but not enough leaves me feeling stale.
Unfortunately our kids have had constant change too. But they deal well with it.
I have things I do -like talk a walk, to help the frazzles. A bath for contemplating. Music to relax or hype up.
hope you find your feet soon

I jump on the surfboard and ride the wave. I know things are happening because they are supposed to be and it is time for them to happen so I just take things as they come.

Change is progress and growth, an adjustment to take things where they need to go. While we might not like it at the time or might not understand it, I think it's all for the best and so important. Generally people dont like change and resist it, but I think its something to embrace, and I love being around people who get excited about change and surprises All about the possibilities that lie ahead...

It really depends on what is changing and why.

Growth is great. The change that comes with death and loss not so great.

I know that it will all work out in the end. I'm just going with it, it's happened for a reason.
I think because so much was unexpected and the other, well - there is so much emotion attached.

I know sweetie , I hated that particular change too (both times), loathed it to all seven levels of hell in fact. But I know they're both with me all the time even though I can't see them or touch them (and by jingies I need a hug from either of them!)
