    Can't stop worrying....

Since getting a BFP on Monday I was ok, until now. Nothing has happened, but I just feel like AF is coming. Even though I know AF was due Sun/Mon and I have already done about 5 HPT in 4 days. Is this what you feel? I have had no bleeding at all, no spotting even. My BB's are tender, but not much more than when AF would come. I am a little moody and had a cold all last week, but other than that I'm fine.
I have to wait until Monday for BT results and I am quietly freaking out I have waited 3.5 years for this moment and I just can't believe that it will all go smoothly. I wish I could enjoy it a bit more, but I won't until at least 12 weeks, which is AGES away

    Anyone else feel the same?

ETA: I should add that my eBay HPT from Monday was quite dark and my FR was really dark. And that was at about 16 dpo. That is the only thing that gets me through...

Yes, it's totally normal I'm sorry to say that the pain of LTTTC does not go away once you're pregnant, nor even once you have a baby.
It's very hard to stop the cycle of negativity and worry.

    Take care

Yup and you will never be the innocent pregnant woman you would have been if you'd fallen pregnant easily. LTTTC robs you of a lot but you know, it will mean you dont take anything for granted Achey, period like pain is very normal. I remember ringing my clinic saying 'Oh, Im 6 or 7 days over but AF is on her way'.....I was UTD

Each scan brought relief that all was ok at that moment, like you the fear was always there. It doesnt go away but it does get less breath catchingly terrifying

The only way I got through was saying to myself- "I don't have my period therefore I must still be pregnant", I didn't have much morning sickness or pregnancy symptoms so you just have to go along with it and accept that you are going ot stress about everything , its SO hard xx

Sounds exactly like me as well. Try to stay logical as I know relaxing is so far from possible it's not funny.
I used to get to the end of each day and sigh in relief that another day was over. Those early days are all about putting one foot in front of the other and reminding yourself that your body can do this x

I'm exactly the same tasha! I haven't really been able to tell anyone, havent been able to join a BB group or relax at all. I 'check' million times a day and freak at every little niggle. Each day seems to go slow and I have not got an appointment until the 12th! I'm assuming it's normal?

Tasha, the only pregnancy symptom I get is strong AF cramping, I cramped everyday all day for 9 whole weeks with my first daughter, and am around 8wks pg and cramping again xox
Id been waiting to do a FET in October and I was sooooo late, weeks late, but I was on the phone telling the nurses 'today, AF is coming today for sure'........ Still hasn't come
I had no other symptom, so please honey just take it day by day, you will be ok x
Good luck and enjoy your pregnancy!!!

Thanks I'm not sure when I will be due because it was a 150 day cycle!!!! But going by ovulation I'm guessing around late June early July, so yes, we may be in the same club I will book a scan for around 6-7 weeks and they can tell me for sure.

Thanks murraycod, that makes me feel better. Although i don't have much cramping either. Just tender BB's and a pimple

OH hurry Up Monday! I need to hear those BT results!!

Hi Tasha - congratulations again on your pregnancy.
The feeling like AF is coming is confusing - I clearly remember feeling this way with DS1, lots of little niggles and cramping. Afterwards I reasoned that things need to "grow" in that region from day 1 ... so it makes sense there's some mild sensations. As for no implantation bleed. It doesn't always happen. For me it did with DS1, nothing with DS2 and I thought I had the start of AF with DS3 (but the start of that pregnancy was a whole different kettle of fish compared to my first two). Also, I didn't get sore boobs at all with any of my pregnancies - no idea why.
We TTC for over 12 months to get DS3, so to some (minor) extent I can relate to what you're feeling - especially as DS3's pregnancy was touch-and-go in the first 7-8 weeks. I hung out for every BT (two a week) and scan during that time.
Good luck with your BTs and I truly wish you a happy and healthy nine-odd months.
    xx

ETA: Out of interest, are you still doing acupuncture/chinese herbs? My acupuncturist helped "anchor" DS3's pregnancy ... at least I firmly believe she did.

Thanks Andie! That must have been awful for you with your ds3, how stressful. Gosh what I wouldn't give to just try for a baby, fall PG and then sail through the pregnancy without a care.
I feel confident this time round. It's strange, but something just feels right about it. I can only hope I am correct FX Thank you for the well wishes xx
