What pram is it? I had a mountain buggy and we were able to literally hose it down.

    Little spews= washcloths

Big gross spews = hose down, strip it off (if possible) then wash in machine, preferably with disinfectant and a nice smelling washing powder/liquid.

Get a bucket of warm water with dishwashing liquid, a few chux wipes & start scrubbing!! Just keep changing the water all the time. On the second last scrub, instead of dishwashing liquid I use fabric softener & on the last once over just clean water.

Everything everyone has suggested above is good. I also have a eucalyptus spray that I spray on afterwards just to make it smell fresh.

i haven't found a pram that haven't been able to take apart and put through washing machine or soak in the bath (for big bits with inflexible inserts). You might just need a screwdriver.

I always washed whatever parts that could be removed in the washing machine then sprayed some cleaning product on the pram, give a good scrub then hose it down.

I washed it with washing up liquid, then scrubbed with bicarbonate water and put in sun... Seems ok and smell has gone?

Thanks for all the advice. I will def have to look into getting the cover and pram apart to give it a real good clean when I have time.

i just cleaned my mountian buggy down - with a high pressure hose with the poulse nosle on...i'd do that with any other pram too...and left it in the sun to dry.
