    Zyretc question

Does it really make you drowsy? I've just taken one THEN read the warning on the back of the packet.

I find antihistamines make me a little drowsy. Not enough to fall asleep but enough that I notice I'm not as focused at work (screen based stuff. I Zone out a little)

Definitely not enough impact to stop me going about everyday life though

The same as BG, a little zoned out mentally but not to the point of falling asleep or anything.

I have taken it and it's not made me drowsy. I took mine first thing in the morning. It hasn't effected me in anyway other than the way is should..stop the hayfever!

I honestly think if my job wasn't screen based all day if not have a problem with it at all. I'd be surprised of it had any major impact on your ability to function hun

It has made me so tired. Not so tired that I can't keep my eyes open like other antihistamines do, but if I sat down I'd definitely fall asleep. 2 and a half hours to go.

The Zyrtec made me so out of it, I felt more and more groggy as the day continued. I was forgetting prices at work and couldn't count money properly. We went shopping last night and I didn't remember that DH had stopped at the service station and put petrol in the car, the kids thought that was hilarious. It worked really well but I don't think I'll be able to take it again.

IT makes me really drowsy. I can't take it in the morning. It always has to be at night.
