So after a little research, I've found that there's heaps of health benefits from celery, these include:
-promoting a healthy immune system
- lowering blood pressure
- lowering cholesterol
- cancer prevention
- diuretic
- weight loss
- anti-inflammitory
I've also found that cherries are great for your health too, and can help with:
- athritis
- heart health
- cancer prevention
- memory booster
- sleep aid

I've heard apples a thin jk, seriously though I didnt know any of that about celery, I inly knew that it takes more calories to chew and metabolise it that it contains, fascinating to read all the other stuff
I do a mixture of bones covered with filtered water in a big pot with apple cider vinegar, 10ish peppercorns and 1-2 Tb of sea salt. Bring to boil and then simmer for 24-36 hours.
