What age did you start to feel/look old....body starts to change etc....

I'm really starting to feel like I look old(er) as in skin looking saggier, old etc..
I've started to put on weight and look what I call flabby ( cant eat what i like like i used to be able to) I can see my skin changing.
I'm mostly happy with my body, I'm on the slim side so a little meat won't hurt lol but it's the overall sense of feeling older that well kind of bothers me.
What age were you when you felt like many aspects of your body started to change??
    I'm 34.5.

I just turned 30 and I've started seeing changes to my skin texture. I've noticed my friends changing too. It seems sun exposure in youth really does make a difference...all those who had tans as teenagers now have lots of lines and uneven skin.

Body is still ok, but I feel like I have to work harder to tone up.

I'm just about to turn 34 & I'd have to say for the last 12 / 18mths I've felt older. The year I turned 30 I felt hot & invincible, now I feel like it's a race against time & I'm losing. It's partly genetics but also poor lifestyle choices from my 20's catching up.

Late 30s for me. Not my face so much, or my hair - not many wrinkles and still only one or two greys - but my arms are more freckley and dry and my legs are a bit more veiny.

Interesting, I was just thinking about this last night after I saw a photo of myself from a few years ago. I'm 37 and I've started to notice that my skin's not as firm as it was and I've got wrinkles that weren't there even a few weeks ago.

Yep I have that feeling too, started feeling it in the last few months (I turned 35 last month). I think finding a couple of grey hairs hasn't helped And I definitely can't eat like I used to without putting on some flab. And that flab is WAY harder to shift now.
DH wisely says 'well you can't change your age so just go with it' lol.

btw I think your gorgeous and you look years younger that what you are!!

I think that my joints and muscles etc felt older after about 33. That is not to say you can stop doing things, just that things tended to feel sorer sooner.
As for skin changes, it was really in my late 40's. I think skin changes are environmental but mainly also genetic. My mum is almost 80 and she has two sisters that are 85 and 90. Mum and the 90 year old still have good skin with limited wrinkles but the 85 year old has so many wrinkles but I remember their mother had no wrinkles and their father had heaps so they have taken after different sides of the family.
I have been dyeing my hair since my 20's - again genetics.
Body changes, I am lucky again genetics on my side. The secret with putting on weight as you get older, seems to be to not put any on as it is really difficult to shift and it goes to different places! I know, easier said than done but it is really hard to lose.
But I am 51 and I seriously still feel (and sometimes can kid myself that I look) like I am in my late 30's - apart from the ugly creases around my mouth. Until a few years ago, I could never understand the botox thing but sometimes i think I could be tempted!! LOL
You have the best years still ahead of you - enjoy

I still don't Think I must be in denial! But I weigh the least I have in 12years and I am running faster and further than I ever have before too. I'm fitter than I have been since I was in my early 20's. the only thing I have noticed is some grey hairs recently arrived ( and not just on my head!!!)

I think physically I feel more pain now than say 5 years ago. I think it's partly to do with excess weight and bodily changes due to pg last year. I'm freshly 40 but no one believes me and people tell me I look 35. I put it down to being sun smart, being well hydrated and taking supplements for years.
    I count myself lucky!

After I had severe SPD (which still troubles me) with DD1 affecting my ability to walk, bend, lift and generally lead a normal life. Physio has basically told me that my body is going to be seriously stuffed in 20 years time unless we can get on top of it.

So that's quite sobering and, for me, puts the other stuff I could worry about in perspective.

I don't worry too much about the cosmetic stuff. Grey hair, I can colour it. No biggie. I don't have too many wrinkles, not worth worrying about. My skin isn't as elastic as it used to be but meh.

Weight-wise, I'm much less than I was five years ago and if my stupid body would let me exercise, I'd be back to what I was in my twenties.

So yep, I didn't think about ageing too much until my body started falling apart around 38.

I am 31 this year and I noticed ageing around 27. Mostly my body stiffening up, not as flexible as before. I can't sit in one position for long
My hair and skin is pretty much the same, but people always think I am younger than I am. Which is good I suppose.

I was 35 this year and I have had grey hairs for a while, but not anywhere near as many as I do now. I think I"m blessed in the skin department though - for a person who used to roast themselves every summer with coconut oil my skin is still fantastic IMO despite having a few more freckles. I don't have wrinkles and my daily 'regime' consists of splashing with water in the shower and sunscreen when I know I will be out in the sun. Weight is definitely harder to shift too. At the moment, I feel pretty good, but that could change pretty quickly LOL.

I'm 33 and currently 38 weeks pregnant. I'm feeling older each day!
I don't often get people guessing I'm over 30, but when I was younger people would always think I was older!
I notice my skin quality more so now, I am sun conscience and only use one brand of natural skin care - Aesop.
Body wise I noticed everything move and change from around 23.
Otherwise I'm pretty happy with my body, skin and hair.

I turned 35 last month. Last week I got some photos back that I had done with the kids. Compared to 2 years ago, there's a huge change to the skin on my face, and that's despite my body being a lot lighter. I was secretly horrified.
I've had grey hair for years (not that anyone else would know), and I've always been conscious of a good skincare routine.

I don't feel older though. I have 3 little people keeping me younger and giving me lots of opportunity to act like a 5yo lol.

I'm in my (*whispers*) forties, (*normal voice*) and I'm still fresh as a daisy.

True story. With the help of my hairdresser if course .

Mind you, I *never* have fashion or beauty magazines in the house, so I might just be dancing to the beat of my own drum.
