Your reasons behind vaccinating or not vaccinating your children

Can I firstly say I don't want an argument to be caused here! With the vaccination debate in the media lately, it's got me thinking about the reasons people choose to either vaccinate or not vaccinate their child(ren).

I'll be honest and say I've done no research on the topic, but we chose to vaccinate our children as we wanted to minimise the risk of them catching any of those things they could be vaccinated against. We understand their are risks, but we thought them minimal.

What did you chose to do and why?

I am the same as you chody47. It was never a question for us not to vaccinate, however I have done no research about it all. I was vaccinated, so thought 'good enough for me, good enough for them'.

I have been thinking the same lately though, hearing others thoughts on why they did or didn't =)

Do you know if the articles mentioned at the start of these threads got written ? I did a quick look on main site and couldn’t find but I was on phone so might have missed.

No I haven't found them either. And looks like the original article is gone also.
