What is this rash? Worried :(

I noticed while bathing dd an hour ago she had a rash over her body. It was mainly on her chest and tummy and nowhere else. It looks similar to heat rash, tiny little red bumps. I have put her to bed now, she has been happy, laughing and showing no signs of distress. No new foods have been introduced and nothing out of the ordinary.
Should I be worried about this rash? Because I am worrying Just because it's at night too. I will get her out for a dreamfeed at 10pm so can check it again. What could it be?

ETA: No fever either. Temp was at 36.5

Could it be heat rash? Has your area been hot, or aircon not great?

When we were overseas dd got terrible heat rash. Scared the begeebers out of me. It was like a red pimply rash (no white heads) and some areas were blotchy. Took her overnight for it to die down.

Thanks ladies, I just googled heat rash pics and it does look the same. She has had heat rash before, but it's not very hot today so wondered why she had it? I will just keep checking to make sure she's ok. A friend of mine is a nurse and last time dd got a rash she told me to just be careful because it could be accompanied by swelling of the airway!! (it was on her face, also right before bed! )

    How is she this morning?

My kids get random rashes all the time. Could be heat, could be virus, could be the washing powder, fabric or cream that was last used.

Mine had the same this week, I think it is heat rash.
Otherwise I changed her outfit on grass at a party one day and I think she gets a bit rashy from grass too.

She was fine. I checked her a few times, crept in and put my head in her cot to check she was still breathing Must have been a heat rash. I just hate it when these things happen at night!

    Glad everything's ok.

For future reference - My doctor told me that if you press on a rash and it goes white, then it's nothing to worry about.
