...that when babies are born we measure their weight in pounds and ounces, but after that we measure in kgs and have no idea what it is in pounds? (sorry, late night mind going wild! lol)
I totally agree...I have no idea how many pounds Amy is and only know in kgs. When people as what she was when born, I tell them in pounds or kilos depending on the persons age. Lucky I have got it right so far but most people want to know in pounds.
Ask your MCHN for a printout of weights in kgs and pounds, my MCHN gave it to me at my first visit so I know exactly what he is in kgs and pounds, makes it easier for my MIL when she asks like last time I was able to tell her that Matthew was 8.5 kg which is 18pound 12 ozs.
i tell some people in pounds and other people in kilos, and it seems that i get it wrong nearly every time!! #-o when i tell them in kilos they ask what that means in pounds...oh well...
