I second Sauages and Mash with Gravey! YUMMO! We do that often here but I also put fried onion in the gravy.

Something my Mum used to do with them from time to time was to wrap them in bacon (or cheese and then bacon) and serve with veggies.

If you have some puff pastry, you could wrap them in puff pastry and cook.

When my parents first split, my Dad would sometimes serve them with 2 minute noodles and gravy (don't ask It was something he did when out field with the Army. Needless to say, I did educate him about the nutritional value but surprisingly, it wasn't all that bad on the tastebuds!).

    Curried Sauages

There was a nice looking receipe on Taste.com which was a sauasgae bake... had pasta and veggies. It looked nice but very high in fat... I don't recall the name of the receipe though.

This is going to sound really boring but to be perfectly honest my fav way of eating sausages is just on a good old sausage sandwich! Whack them on the bbq - onto some bread with some onion & tomato sauce. Make a salad to go along with it. yummo. Sorry - I know you wanted 'interesting' suggestions.

Chop sausages up (or leave whole)
    Chop 1 onion
brown all of this on large fry pan
Add salt and pepper, oxo cube or beef stock powder, garlic (crushed or cloves), some chill paste if you like it, and also add some crushed or diced tins of tomatoes, i also tend to add some oregano and
any other herbs i feel like.

whatever fresh or frozen vegies you have or want.

    serve on mash
