Red face this might sound like a wierd problem...

well.... my DD has always been and is such a boobie girl. breastfed til 17 months and has this comfort/habit thing of sticking her hand down my top and touching my bbs. i thought she might stop when she gave up breastfeeding but no she still does it when she is tired, or sad, hurt etc. anyway, my question is... i have read that nipple stimulation can be something that brings on contractions and labour. is this just something that happens in last tri? i am only 6 weeks but dont want her to do anything that could hurt baby. is it something i should put a stop to now? (to tell you the truth i dont really mind her doing it cause it gives her comfort- excpet in public cause we get wired looks LOL) and it is something that i used to do to my mum when i was little. what do you girls reckon?

Im pretty sure that Nipple stimulation to bring on labour has to be continuous for like 10 mins and several times a day.

it didnt work for me anyway

Natural labour induction methods such as nipple stimulation, generally only work if the baby is ready to come anyway. Mothers feed right through pregnancy and have no issues so I think you will be fine
It didn't work for me until three days before my due date.
