I passed out in the car when DH was taking me to work last Thursday. Got tightness in chest, felt really strange, lost vision, lost hearing, slumped in seat. Kept saying to DH call ambulance. Then I faded.

Ambulance carted me away and after a load of tests, they think it must have been extremely low blood pressure or a skewy heart rhythm that caused it. It was really frightening as I wasn't sure what was happening. I have passed out once before years ago but on that occasion I just fell to the floor and woke up and it was all over, with this I was there with it for about 5 minutes.

Has anyone else passed out and if so what happened and what was the diagnosis.
