Since around 3:30 this afternoon I have had some pain in my lower tummy.... It is really low down and feels kind of crampy like period pain and sort of radiates to my hips and groin/leg area... it does feel a bit muscular as well....
I thought it might be because I wore my jeans that, while comfy and soft, were pretty sore by the end of the day because I spent alot of the day sitting, whereas normally if at home or if I have a normal day at school I would be up and about alot more.
It seems to be easing a bit now but I wonder if it c/s scar related plus in the last few days I have had lots of hand/elbows in the cervix and that lovely shooting pain plus feeling like everything is going to fall out.
Anyone have any idea what it could be or if it's normal?
I was told any pain that was related to prior CS's will be continuos (sp). Not coming and going.
The pain you are having sounds fairly normal to me. I get this as well, and i am no where near labour. So i wouldnt stress too much. Arnt the cervical knocks jsut a blast lol

Nice to know someone read my thread I called my midwives and they told me to take some panadol and if it settled down, then that meant it was ligament or muscular pain, so I did, and had a nice warm bath and went to bed. It didn't settle right away but I must have fallen asleep eventually! My back is feeling a bit achy still today so am going to do some yoga and see how I go!

HAve you thought about also having a nice pregnancy massage? I had one when i was 39 weeks pregnant with my first, and it helped releive all the aches and pains i was having, then i went into labour a few days later. I dont think it contributed, but it was wonderful and relaxing.
I will be having another with this one too.
I am glad it settled down a little bit for you. Try not to panic, but if you are really concerned go and be seen ok. CS scar rupture (if thats what you are worried about) isnt something that you want to mess around with, but its quite rare for it to happen

Lower abdo pain......
