    Vitex users

    Hi Guys!

    I bought some Vitex and have just finished my period (CD8)

    When should I start vitex and how much?

    Hi, I didn't start at any specific time in my cycle just when I bought them I started using. I took one a day, before breakfast you need to take them. just follow directions on pack. Mine told me 1-2 a day but I thought 2 sounds bit too much. I took 1 a day and by 2nd cycle of using it was a exactly 28 days with O at exactly day 14. Vitex helped me pinpoint my O day by making it reg 28 days each month.
