Unhappy are my temps considered low?

Ok, so I am obsessing , but can any of you lovely ladies please take a look at my chart and tell me if my post ovulation temps are onsidered too low to support a pregnancy? I am driving myslf insane with worry. Can't contact my ob for an appointment as a matter of fact, I don't really know what to discuss with him. Should I be concerned? Been TTC since oct 07. have had 4 "normal" cycles ( within 35-48 days as compared to 120 days), am ovulating as per my FF chart - but no BFP
What would you girls do? Consider clomid? Am so sick of waiting! Any replies will help.
    TIA.

I don't think I would be worried about the actual temps as there is a clear shift on the day you O and they stay above the coverline. I can understand your frustration - ttc is a journey of unbelievable highs & lows. My cycles were a little all over the place and I got a referral from my GP to see an ob/gyn. I was also getting a few days of spotting before af actually started. I think I just went to him and said I was having trouble falling pregnant and he did a few tests & we went from there. Although I don't have pcos or any other conditions affecting ovulation, he actually put me on clomid just to give my hormones a helping hand (have always O'd on my own). I fell pg with this Bub on second cycle of clomid. Don't be afraid to ask for help if you want to, I don't regret it. Good luck, sending bucket loads of baby dust your way.

My FS said its not the actual temps that they look at but the pattern and shifts. That looks pretty good though I would wonder if the shift is a little slow...? Mine looked a bit like that, a definate shift but my FS said it was a bit slow to rise.

Thanks guys. I think it's time for a chat with the ob. I feel stupid asking him such questions though Don't even know how he'd take the charting thing. Had my first appointment with him in Apr when he put me on metformin and then sent me away to try for 6 months before coming back!

belle - my Ob actually recommended that I start charting so don't hold back asking questions or even mentioning charting. It's old fashioned and every Ob will have their own take on it but no harm in mentioning it.

I always say that only stupid questions are the ones you don't ask.

Yep my FS requested I chart so he could see how things were going. I think most do recommend it for natural or IUI cycles.

Good luck belle - just think, that means you're another step closer to holding your Bub in your arms.

Your temp shifts look fine. Generally a pregnancy chart will have a higher shift than that but sometimes it doesn't kick in until a day or so before your AF would be due. I had low temps like you but still managed to conceive without any assistance. Good luck at the OB's. When I went to one before Brock was born he had no interest in my FF charts at all. It surprised me as I felt it was relevant for sure.

Thanks Satya. I'm afraid my ob may have the same attitude towards charting! Anyway, booked in to see him next wed (12th) so have my charts ready to show him.

What when your temps like when you conceived Brock?

Hi Belle75. I see congratulations are in order. With Brock my temp was at around 36.7 til 11DPO & then it shot up to 37.0 at 12DPO. I stopped temping then. I noticed you've had a slight temp drop today. Word from the wise...... stop taking your temp. You are pregnant now & don't need to start worrying about any temp dips you may get...... I did that with a previous pregnancy & it did my head in. Best wishes for a happy & healthy pregnancy.

belle - Wow CONGRATS on the BFP. I stopped temping once I got my BFP too - I just couldn't add the extra stress to it all. It's tucked away safely in my bedside drawer for next time. Hoping yours gets a really long rest too. So happy for you!!!

Sending you lots of happy & healthy pregnancy vibes your way.
