I've tried this recipe and it was an absolute hit!!! Nice and spicy as well!

    250g roasted mixed nuts
    3/4 cut nutrigrain
    2 tsp curry powder
    1 tsp brown sugar
    1/4 tsp chill powder
1/2 tsp each of rock salt, and black pepper corn to taste
    Light vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 160 degrees celcius. Place nuts and nutrigrain in large bowl and add curry powder, sugar, chilli powder, salt and pepper. Combine well.
Drizzle over about 3 tsp of oil or enough to lightly moisten. Mix until evenly coated.
Spread over baking tray and roast for 6-9 minutes or until golden and aromatic.
    allow to cool.
