Just wondering how long it took for your first af to come back after a m/c?
I have just had my 3rd m/c, my 2nd one in 6 months. My last one ended in a d&c and af returned exactly 5wks later which also ended up being a normal cycle for me (had just come off the pill, fell pregnant first month then had the m/c... so I didn't know what was normal for me). this one has been a natural m/c. I m/c on 14th Jan and have had bleeding since then.. i still have some very light spotting. I am not sure when to expect af to return so thought I would see what the "norm" has been out there.
I had a MC on xmas eve 08 and a D&C on boxing day and AF returned (with a vengeance) 2 days ago. Almost a month later exactly. Must admit, I was kinda hoping to be one of those 'miracle stories' -PG before AF showed, but it wasn't to be. I read endlessly on this topic, and what is 'normal' varies enormously. For some women, it's 1 month, for some 3, for some 6. When AF did arrive I wept buckets,-first time I'd seen blood since the last time...it brought back alot of painful memories. I'm trying to stay positive though,-this means my body is healing and we can TTC again soon. I hope AF shows up for you soon. Thinking of you xo
I had a m/c in October and my first cycle was 36 days, the next was 39. I then had some acupuncture and this regulated me back to my normal 30 day cycle.

My most recent m/c - AF returned after 4 weeks.
Have you thought about going to your GP and getting your HCG levels checked in case your body didn't fully naturally m/c? I had some 'spotting' between my m/c (natural m/c) and AF returning and went to GP who sent me for HCG and ultrasound. HCG levels were positive (around 3,000) - although ultrasound showed nothing??? Am a bit confused but am going back to have HCG levels re-tested next week and off to my naturopath tomorrow.
