how long until af came back

My first miscarriage was natural and my period came four weeks later as normal. My second was a D&C and I didn't ovlaute for 3 months after that.

My most recent m/c - AF returned after 4 weeks.
Have you thought about going to your GP and getting your HCG levels checked in case your body didn't fully naturally m/c? I had some 'spotting' between my m/c (natural m/c) and AF returning and went to GP who sent me for HCG and ultrasound. HCG levels were positive (around 3,000) - although ultrasound showed nothing??? Am a bit confused but am going back to have HCG levels re-tested next week and off to my naturopath tomorrow.
