There are some good brands of polish around. One of the best is Nail Tek which is specially formulated for people who have removed acrylic nails.

But anything is better then nothing. So after removing your acrylic... ensure you coat your nails in something to protect them. And use non-acetone polish remover to remove any nailpolish.
