i reckon cotton undies are best cos they're less likely to sort of stick (not that they really stick as such) afterwards (oh god, i really hope that's not just me ). )
hahahah! Don't worry it's not just you and god that can hurt!

My tip is a glass of wine and couple of panadol beforehand and you'll be fine. GL

Yeah I must say, it hurts much more about an hour after than it does at the time.
A nice cold shower on your swollen bits will be in order in this heat today!

And don't use soap, moisturiser or anything else on the areas for at least 24 hours.

Alright, going straight from work so glad I had a shower this morning Trying to focus on how much better it's gonna be afterwards to distract me from stressing out - trust me, I stress about everything! It's not about the pain either, coz I can deal with pain; it's the embarrassment, the thought that I'm gonna walk in there and they're gonna tell me I'm too fat or something. I have told them I'm very plus size and its my first time, but I'm convinced they're gonna laugh at me...

They won't laugh at you honey, they are professionals, and I guarantee that they have seen everything, every variation of normal.
Just think of them like you would a GP or gynaecologist.

oh yeah, don't let that put you off. they won't laugh at you. i go to one that is very clinical so it really does feel like the doctors!

they'll keep you busy pulling on skin etc, and that helps take your mind off things as well

Best of Luck - not that you will need it.

You know, I would maybe go commando style from the salon to home - that way you can just jump straight into the shower & wash off the wax & not have to peel your knickers off. Sorry, if that's TMI. But I'm just keeping it real

Surprising him Jayne, we're actually going away for the weekend tomorrow night, so I only hafta hide it for one night

LOL Rhichichi, I'll raid my drug supplies! Yeah, I'm thinking it'll be more comfortable after this, as long as I don't die from embarrassment or pain
