Best dandruff treatment??

oh you poor thing.
Thats not my problem, DH has a on going problem that makes his scalp sore and bleed sometimes, and I have used his 'tar' shampoo, but that didnt make much difference either. Infact I dont think it helped him much, he preferes not to wash it too often. We often use tea tree shampoo, I think its quite good.

My mum went off things like vegemite and cheese and hers cleared up completely! Apparently fungal type things give her dandruff!

Hmmm, I wonder if I should try that? I have been eating cheese for the past few years, but never used to ( as Im actually allergic to dairy, but cheese only mildly). I never used to have dandruff till a few years ago, probably around when I started eating cheese!
I thought perhaps though it might be hormonal, since I only developed it in my late 20`s/30.
How long did it take for your mum to see a difference?

Oh yeah I know what your DH means...the tar type shampoos never did a thing for me either. Made it sting but that's about it! :-)
